Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Senior Manager Product Management to lead and grow our product portfolio in the IV business. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy driving adoption and ensuring financial success. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare medtech and cloud/SaaS products along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product needs based on market research competitive analysis customer insights and business objectives.
- Ensure the IV business meets or exceeds its financial goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing sales engineering) to identify critical problems make tradeoff decisions and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and execute the product roadmap ensuring successful delivery and alignment with portfolio goals.
- Proactively manage crossteam dependencies to drive efficiency and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering design QA and key stakeholders at leadership levels.
- Develop compelling communication materials value propositions and strategic justifications for internal and external audiences.
- Engage with customers and prospects to gather insights validate product decisions and ensure solutions address realworld challenges.
- Communicate product vision value proposition and release objectives across the organization as part of the release planning process.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers fostering their growth and success.
- Remove obstacles prioritize initiatives and drive execution to achieve key milestones and business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to translate strategy into clear measurable goals that drive results.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption launching new products and achieving product growth.
- Deep customer empathy with a track record of solving complex customer problems and strengthening relationships.
- Experience coaching and developing product teams while effectively influencing crossfunctional priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisionmaking.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 7 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
- Experience with healthcare providers and medtech product development.
- 5 years leading product management teams including managing remote teams.
- 3 years leading Agile processes and teams.
- Strong leadership communication and team motivation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters degree.
- Experience in Product Management for Cloud/SaaS products.
- Background in healthcare providers pharmacy operations medtech or startups.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) credential.
- Understanding of FDA regulatory requirements for product development.
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote (USbased) with a preference for candidates in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
- Up to 25% USbased travel required.
