6:45am 3:15 pm/ Full Time/ 40 Hours
Salary range $15.35 $18.80
Wereseeking aPerioperative Services Technician for Emory University Hospital responsible for being a capable certified technician who cares about the quality of their work an ensuring the safety for all patients.
This individual will:
- Performs assigned patient care and observation duties under the direction of a Registered Nurse or LPN.
- Performs duties involved with: cleaning disinfection and trash removal adherence to safety security and health guidelines transporting patients providing customer service by greeting and acknowledging patients family members and staff.
- Prepares operating room for administration of anesthesia; sets up stocks and maintains specialty carts. Maintains equipment and related supplies in aseptic condition.
- Maintains stocks of supplies drugs and linens as needed before during and after surgeries. Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
