Job Description
EY TTT Project Manager - Senior
Summary
Join our Global Delivery Services (GDS) PMO team to provide project management services which will support the important business enablement and service line functions that keep our organization running strong.
Key Qualifications
- Well-organized task oriented punctual completion of tasks or escalation of status
- Excellent communication skills willingness to learn processes and EY technology tools
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Written and verbal).
- Ability to manage the full project live cycle (Scope Plans Project organization kick-off meetings Development Testing Periodic status reports Follow up Risk management Budget monitoring Deployment etc.).
- Ability to effectively manage priorities. Ability to juggle multiple projects demands and reprioritize as necessary to align with changing business objectives.
- Ability to coordinate between different teams and oversee a staffs complete tasks.
- Ability to manage repeated tasks defined in process documentation maintaining/updating process documents.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options and where appropriate leading to resolution.
- Prepare high quality reports for Leadership.
- Knowledge and management of Excel Power point and Outlook. Microsoft 365 Office.
- Ad hoc requests.
Description
EYs GDS Tax Technology Transformation team members work side-by-side with the firms partners clients and tax technical subject matter experts to enable our clients with disruptive and market leading solutions supporting Tax.
Our team is collaborative; we work closely with the development teams we support to deliver the best results for EY. We aim to balance the best solution with the need to get things done for each engineering challenge we face.
We are looking for passionate and hardworking Project Manager to support TTT-PMO clients.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or almost graduated in Technology Systems Engineering IT Science or other technical qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Skills in Project Manager Software (Azure Jira Asana etc.)
- Certification in Agile Methodologies (mainly Scrum and Kanban) is a plus.
- Technical background is a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Office (Excel Power Point).
- Power Automate is a plus.
- Power BI is a plus.
- SharePoint is a plus.
