Description
- Invoice collection/receipt and file/data management
- Invoice upload into invoice tracking system assignment of proper GL code
- Invoice auditing error correction problem solving
- Internal/external communication as needed for problem solving
- Weekly processing/reporting deadline and End of month review and accounting close
- Improvement activity team membership and other duties related to invoice processing as determined by supervisor and management
- CIA/Kaizen recommendations (meet/exceed minimum requirements
- Create 69 month project related to the job/perform and complete by deadline
- Adapt to rotation of vendor assignments for invoice processing
- Per reconciliations and other project task and assigned by manager
- Bachelors Degree required in business or accounting
- 35 years progressive experience with invoice processing and logistics related setting
- Problem Solving & communication skills including root cause analysis summarizing and reporting
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite applications (Outlook Excel Word)
- Professional demeanor patience willingness to thrive in a diverse multicultural organization
- Able to work independently or with a team
