DISTRAN Packaged Substations is looking to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Pineville Louisiana. The Supply Chain Coordinator purchses monitors reports and expedites material deliveries to meet required delivery date(s). The Supply Chain Coordinator uses excellent vendor communication skills strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines and receiving orders on time. The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures supplier on time delivery while keeping the internal and external stakeholders informed of material deliveries status. This role is responsible for communicating with vendors and shipping companies daily to ensure that all deliveries arrive at their destinations on time. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also be required to report any pending delivery delays to project management and work with vendors to help get deliveries to their destinations as soon as possible.
