MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Two years of experience in the structural trades (painting drywall flooring repair door and window installation/repair roof and gutter repair minor handyman/general maintenance and carpentry repair construction experience).
Experience must be clearly documented on application. Part time work will be prorated.
Substitutions:
Appropriate education or successful completion of a formalized apprenticeship program will substitute for the required experience on a yearforyear basis.
