Job Description
Job Summary:
The Engineer IV will lead and support complex engineering projects and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. This role requires a handson problemsolving professional with a deep understanding of manufacturing systems automation and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute crossfunctional engineering projects from concept through implementation.

Design troubleshoot and optimize systems involving hydraulics pneumatics electrical controls and automation technologies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes quality and efficiency.

Support PLC programming and troubleshooting as needed.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction process improvement and increased safety.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Prepare detailed project plans schedules and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems and PLCbased automation.

Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results.

Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
