Job Title: Security Consultant (D365)
Primary Location: Chicagos near north suburbs
Position Type: Shortterm Contract (3 weeks)
Overview
This is a shortterm contract in Chicagos north suburbs. The position exists to review security measures document them and make recommendations for efficiencies and risk reduction.
We seek a highly capable Security Consultant for a shortterm engagement to review assess and document our current Dynamics 365 security. The client environment is straightforward and anticipate that this will be a shortterm 3week engagement.
What You Bring to the Role
(Ideal Experience)
Strong background in cybersecurity and IT security assessments and documentation.
Expertise in MS 365 and Azure and ideally D365
Experience in documenting security measures and protocols.
Ability to identify areas for efficiency improvements and risk reduction.
Proven track record of completing security reviews within tight timelines.
Familiarity with common security frameworks and best practices.
Ability to work independently and deliver clear concise findings quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar shortterm or consulting role preferred.

Conduct a comprehensive review of our existing security architecture and controls.
Document current systems processes and security measures in place.
Identify gaps inefficiencies and potential risks.
Provide clear actionable recommendations to improve security and reduce risk exposure.
Advise on opportunities to streamline and strengthen our security operations.
Ideal Certifications:
CISSP CISA CEH Security GSEC or GIAC CCSP
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is market hourly rate ($50$100/hr) depending on experience and qualifications.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
