Project Manager Electrical Construction
Location: Doraville GA
Country: United States
Salary: $120K$180K
Our client a leading merit shop electrical contractor with 45 years of industry experience has grown into one of the largest in the region. Ranked #27 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing by Engineering News Record (October 2023) and #10 in the Southeast they continue to expand. To support this growth they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects valued between $1M and $5M.
About the Role
The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all phases of electrical construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and with a strong commitment to quality and safety. This role requires initiative attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical project execution including takeoffs safety compliance asbuilts coordination layouts scheduling documentation labor management and materials tracking/submittals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors suppliers and field teams attending job meetings and ensuring smooth project coordination.
- Lead and develop field staff providing coaching and mentorship to grow talent within the team.
- Oversee project budgeting from inception to completion ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Electrical license and experience as a field electrician or foreman.
- Minimum of five years of experience in electrical project management.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with project management software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment balancing multiple priorities effectively.
