Harris Williams (HW) seeks an Analyst to join the Sponsor Coverage Team located in the Richmond VA office.
Role
The Sponsor Coverage Analyst develops critical insights and analyses in support of senior Sponsor Coverage bankers and private equity (PE) client strategies.
Meaningful impact from the start: Analyze and manage HW proprietary data analyses including buyer performance and behavior valuation trends and observations process dynamics pitch activity etc. and assist in funneling insights to both Sponsor Coverage and HW deal teams in preparation for client meetings
Diverse projects: Track private equity industry trends and broader macroeconomic data to inform HWs market insights. Leverage Excel and PowerPoint to prepare ad hoc analysis and clientready materials including peer comparison analyses deal history relationship updates and qualitative insights in support of client meetings and origination activities.

You will also partner closely with HWs data services and technology teams to help optimize and inform ongoing development of key reports as well as ad hoc projects and firm analyses in support of HW firm leadership

Other Requirements
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Eligible candidates should be working towards or already possess a Bachelors degree from a fouryear institution
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite

Base Salary: $110000
Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education.
Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
