Function Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Enterprise Function Transformation Leader who will enable business value through Digital and IT solutions across key enterprise functions (e.g. Integrated Supply Chain Procurement Customer Service Finance HR). Reporting directly to the most senior IT leader at FMC our Chief Digital Officer (CDO) this role is responsible for creating IT strategic plans and technology roadmaps including improving our endtoend processes and increasing usage of our enterprise platforms and functionality (e.g. SAP IBP). They will regularly engage with other FMC senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment with overall business priorities and represent Digital IT on our Integrated Supply Chain leadership team including a functional reporting line to our Executive VP of Integrated Supply Chain.
This leader will drive the execution of transformation programs oversee delivery of business solutions and provide ongoing service support for the platforms that support these corporate functions.
In addition the candidate lead the organization with a belief that technology implementations can transform our business processes and change how our employees do their work. They will have a keen eye on change management and drive strong stakeholder engagement at all levels when introducing technology changes.
Responsibilities:
Partner with functional leadership to develop strategic IT roadmaps that enable business objectives and FMCs Digital IT strategy.
Lead delivery of IT transformational programs aligned with IT roadmaps.
Drive endtoend process expertise across enterprise functions ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business processes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and implement solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and mentor a team of approximately 70 IT professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure daytoday support upgrades and optimization of the SAP S/4Hana and associated enterprise platforms (e.g. IBP Ariba etc).
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a strong track record of driving IT strategies and delivering largescale IT programs (SAP Business Planning etc).
Strong understanding of enterprise functions including Integrated Supply Chain Procurement Finance HR Communications and Legal.
Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive experience with SAP modules and strong knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards; S4 Hana a plus.
Understanding of advanced digital technologies (GenAI AI automation) and how they enable functional efficiencies.
Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities including ability to see across multiple initiatives to identify interdependencies and manage risks.
Strong vendor management experience working with major software providers and solution integrators.
Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation across multiple teams and create strong business cases to support strategic business programs.
Ability to lead and inspire a highperforming organization.
Knowledge of IT governance risk management and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
Project Management Institute (PMI) Six Sigma or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification.
Strong focus on change management and training.
Experience in a multinational corporation with a diverse and distributed workforce.
Knowledge or experience in Agriculture Chemicals industry is a plus.
