Get to know the role
What Youll Do:
Develop Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with education districts and other educational organizations to create opportunities for acquiring new young fans and players in K12 schools.
Manage Pokmon Clubs: Recruit develop and oversee partnerships to drive the adoption and growth of Pokmon Clubs ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction within K12 schools in the United States and Canada.
Strategic Collaboration: Work towards mutual goals to build awareness and support for the Pokmon Club network within educational settings.
Analyze Trends: Evaluate program trends and provide insights and recommendations to enhance market performance.
Forecasting & Analysis: Conduct KPI analyses and longrange forecasting to identify potential partnerships with education districts and other educational organizations.
Program Evaluation: Monitor and assess the impact of Pokmon Clubs in schools and their success in the educational marketplace.
Competitive Strategy: rack competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain retention and achieve bestinclass status for schoolbased Pokmon Clubs.
Event Participation: Attend key educational events and conferences to connect with partner organizations educators and school administrators.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts ensuring alignment with program and organizational goals.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work effectively across teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and promote schoolbased Pokmon Club attendance.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to casual play channel partners vendors and other stakeholders.
Organized Play Collaboration: Collaborate on Organized Play programming to ensure goal and execution alignment within school environments.
What Youll Bring:
Experience: 57 years of professional experience in partner and program management preferably within educational settings.
Program Operations Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of how afterschool programs are implemented within the educational system and/or familiarity with organized play activities.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Market Success: Ability to deliver results in diverse markets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
People Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Leadership: Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
Project Knowledge: Thorough understanding of or ability to quickly learn about the program.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management.
Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $105000 $125000 per year. The full range is $105000 $157000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
