Job Description
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Banking Transformation Consultant to help drive business growth and operational excellence in the banking sector. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement design and implement transformation solutions and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.
Analyze current processes systems and operations to identify areas for improvement.
Design and develop transformation roadmaps including process reengineering technology implementation and organizational change management.
Develop business cases and proposals to secure stakeholder buyin.
Lead and manage transformation projects ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technology operations and risk management.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor and report on transformation progress identifying and mitigating risks.
Provide expert advice on industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Banking or financial services experience.
Transformation consulting experience.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
