Customer Advisor French Speaker PORTO
Porto Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) Onsite
Looking to grow in customer service Join a thriving support team where your French language skills are valued.
What Youll Do:

Answer inbound customer queries by phone email or chat

Provide timely and accurate information

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1 minimum)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior customer service experience is a plus

EU citizenship or valid work authorization in Portugal
