Customer Support Representative German or French Speaker PORTO
Porto Monday to Friday Onsite

What Youll Do:

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Deliver highquality support across phone email or chat channels

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in German or French (C1 minimum)

Strong communication skills and problemsolving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
- Valid right to work in Portugal (EU ID residence card or relevant visa documents)
