About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented professional to drive our bank partnerships and EDC/POS sales initiatives. This role requires strategic collaboration with banking partners to facilitate seamless deployment of EDC/POS devices while leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to meet aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products experience managing teams and the ability to build highimpact partnerships that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage strategic Bank TieUps for EDC/POS machine deployments.
Lead mentor and drive a highperforming team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve sales and merchant onboarding targets.
Plan and implement lead generation initiatives to ensure effective market penetration.
Drive branch activations and ensure achievement of Capex revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and financial services sector.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 47 years in Sales preferably in Banking or FinTech domains.
Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams.
Strong communication presentation and networking skills.
Prior experience with EDC/POS terminals merchant acquisition or financial products is preferred.
Resultsdriven with the ability to handle targets and deadlines.
