Whats on offer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Manager Sales and Business Development to join our team at Noble Park.

Reporting to the General Manager this critical role oversees the tendering estimating business development sales data analytics and marketing functions for the Southern Region Infrastructure business. The role has 4 direct reports and a wider team of 9. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the civil bituminous and surfacing sectors outstanding leadership skills and be a highly skilled communicator. The role requires a deep knowledge of the clients consultants and contractors that make up the industry and effective leadership to steer the team to identify opportunities and build solid relationships across the sector.

How will you connect to the role

• Develop implement refine and maintain the regions BD sales and tendering strategy
• Lead the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
• Inform and contribute to the holistic and future strategy of FHIS southern region business and support achievement of regional deliverables
• Ensure sales systems usage is optimised across the region
• Facilitate team support to the wider region in relation to EOIs RFIs tenders quotes and bid submissions
• Identify opportunities for diversification
• Attend industry events tender and client briefings meetings etc to stay abreast of market conditions competition and establish relationships with existing and new clients
