- 5 years experience in Revit.
- Grade 12 / Technical equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical will be advantageous.
- HVAC industry experience will be advantageous.
- Valid Code 08 Drivers License essential.
- Must have own transport.
- Clear criminal record and medical as well as continual maintenance thereof.
- Producing detailed drawings with Revit
- Running a drawing office with 2 staff to manage.
- Customer Satisfaction will always be the main objective.
- Revit design drawings.
- Design and drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation duct sizing duct layouts refrigerant piping chilled water piping diffusers/grill sizing etc.
- Administering the drawing office and keeping all project drawings and records up to date.
- Produce standard legends and notes for drawings.
- Compiling all HVAC design work for site monitoring.
- Compile all design information and parameters to produce heat load calculations and design to design air conditioning and ventilation system to do ducting design work and equipment selection.
