Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage housing rosters and room assignments for camp and conference guests
  • Serve in an oncall capacity during summer months to respond to afterhours housing emergencies
  • Assist in transitioning residence halls from summer use to academicyear readiness including room readiness and key distribution
  • Coordinate all logistics for summer camps and conference housing including timelines checkin/checkout schedules and room assignments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the housing office and camp/conference organizers

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work during the summer months including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Previous experience in housing residence life customer service or event planning preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; ability to learn housing management software (e.g. StarRez)
