Responsibilities:
- Create and manage housing rosters and room assignments for camp and conference guests
- Serve in an oncall capacity during summer months to respond to afterhours housing emergencies
- Assist in transitioning residence halls from summer use to academicyear readiness including room readiness and key distribution
- Coordinate all logistics for summer camps and conference housing including timelines checkin/checkout schedules and room assignments
- Serve as the primary liaison between the housing office and camp/conference organizers
Requirements:
- Must be available to work during the summer months including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in housing residence life customer service or event planning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Conflict resolution and problemsolving skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; ability to learn housing management software (e.g. StarRez)
