Key Responsibilities:
As a Sports Medicine Sales Associate you will:
- Exceed Sales Objectives: Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass territory sales goals.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with surgeons and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest orthopedic procedures product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of orthopedic procedures and operating room protocols.
- Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
- DetailOriented: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and followthrough.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree required.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
- Mobility: Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
