Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of Handson experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform component
- 8 years of Experience with troubleshooting technical issues analyzing logs and debugging software applications.
- 5 years of Strong understanding of data visualization principles data modeling using PowerBI
- 3 years of Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services particularly Azure Active Directory
- 3 years of Experience with Dynamic 365 for Customer Services is highly desired.
Required:
- Experience with CoPilot Studio for building AI workflows.
- Experience integrating Canvas apps with Dynamics 365.
- Experience in training users on Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with Azure Analytics for reporting.
- Experience managing Power Platform CoE toolkit.
- Knowledge of data governance in public sector.
Specific Skills:
- Power Platform development (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Integration experience with thirdparty applications and Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Azure services and APIs
