The Boeing Company is seeking a Electrical & Electronics Engineering Manager (level K) to join our team in Everett or Renton Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

• Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

• Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes. Manages develops and motivates employees.

• Provides specific guidance to exempt team members to ensure effective performance.

• Demonstrates basic ability to state what is needed to persuade and convince others without causing defensiveness and to inspire others to take action.

• Builds relationships to gain support and commitment from others promotes ideas with enthusiasm and conviction.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.

• 3 years of experience with leading electronics software and supporting technologies employed in sustaining new capabilities on production ordevelopmental airplane models.

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Complete knowledge of Boeings organizations processes program plans policies and procedures and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.

• Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.

• Demonstrated ability in team building coaching and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.

• Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
