Job Description
Our Lincoln production team is looking for an individual who thrives in a taskdriven position. Your natural talent lies in the fact that you can concentrate on repetitive tasks that require focus. Your attention to detail rivals Sherlock. Finding imperfections is your second job after the project is completed.
For you deadlines are a must. It helps you prioritize your day build in structure and stick to the tasks at hand. People would describe you as punctual conscientious and patient. If you had your choice youd prefer to work with objects over people every time. (We already checked no dogs allowed in the working area.)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Qualitycheck scheduled fulfillment order.
- Collaborate with account management and the department manager on a daily basis for client needs and requirements.
- Complete daily pick and pack fulfillment orders.
- Ensure all daily completed orders are logged timely and accurate.
- Assist with the coordination of daily shipment orders via UPS World Ship / USPS / LTL carriers ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.
- Oversee inventory of key fulfillment accounts implementing efficient tracking and replenishment processes.
- Assist as needed in preparing local deliveries.
- Assist as needed our drivers with loading/unloading trucks and quality check their deliveries.
- Ensure department goals are met or exceeded.
- Find a better waycreate and implement procedures that improve quality productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1 year of prior fulfillment experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively address department concerns.
- Proficiency in information systems encompassing both technological solutions and traditional paperwork.
