Job Description
The Special Services Coach will assist others in using effective assessment and due process practices. The coach will assist with leading the implementation of the districts professional development and support services. This position will also support the strategic plan of the district with specific attention to effective due process evaluation and assessment and creating a culture of learning.
- Plans coaches and provides guidance related to instruction and due process practices with special education case managers
- Provides mentorship and support through professional development and district involvement
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Special Education in an assigned field
- Current Minnesota teaching license required and/or the ability to obtain in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience
