What to expect from the Commercial track
During the twoyear program you will undertake oneyear rotations across various commercial functions such as sales category management or marketing gaining valuable experience and taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one!
You will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering sales and profitable growth targets by driving and supporting marketing and commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities may include developing a deep understanding of customers and consumers to create and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth.
You might also work with the Sales department analyzing data to generate insights and providing recommendations to improve business activities.
This Graduate Program offers a broad exposure to various commercial functional areas across different markets empowering you to explore opportunities and kickstart your career with confidence.
