The Lillooet Tribal Council is searching for an empathetic and dedicated Intake Coordinator to
join our team at the Sttimc Outreach Health Services Program (SOHS). This role involves
assisting individuals in navigating their wellness journey while recognizing the unique challenges
faced by Indigenous clients. The Intake Coordinator will focus on highlighting strengths and
connecting clients with community resources to address their diverse needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist SOHS staff members in coordinating client applications intake forms or referrals to
external services.
Coordinate room reservations meal arrangements meeting organization and check
requisitions for Clinical Team programs events and workshops.
Collaborate with other departments like LandBased Healing Education Employment
Training and Training Opportunities to foster wellness through cultural and traditional
practices.
Drive clients to appointments and activities ensuring safe and reliable transportation
(minimal).
Assist with the development of client individualized care plans that address their unique
needs.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions case notes incident
reports and service delivery.
Conduct quarterly client satisfaction surveys.
Be willing to receive training in traumainformed approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
A compassionate mature and approachable demeanor.
Strong understanding and sensitivity to Statimc cultures and issues.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
Experience in a similar role or environment is an asset.
SALARY: $25/hr $28/hr
SCHEDULE:
28 hours per week (4 days a week)
(Evenings and weekends as required)
