Whats on offer

An opportunity has now presented for a Foreperson to join our SouthEast Queensland Civil Construction team within Infrastructure Services. As a key member of the project team you will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be resilient adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. A dedicated leader and one who priorities safety for all you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning resources budgets and timelines are on successfully met.

As a seasoned professional with solid experience in Civil Construction you will have proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities. You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes while fostering a culture of autonomy accountability and continuous improvement. Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements and strong financial and commercial acumen will be required. As will demonstrated ability to understand costings budgets forecasting subcontractor management and project controls. Finally you will have welldeveloped communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

This position will require demonstrated TMR experience as a Foreperson and may require occasional working away from home.
