Position Summary
Were looking for a motivated customerfocused BDC Agent to join our highperforming Business Development Center team. As a BDC Agent youll be the first point of contact for online leads and phone inquiries responsible for driving appointments and helping customers take the next step toward vehicle ownership.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to internet leads phone calls and chat inquiries
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom
Follow up with unsold leads using CRM tools
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone etiquette and writing abilities
Positive teamoriented attitude
Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Prior customer service call center or BDC experience is a plus
Automotive experience is helpful but not required we will train the right person!
