PartTime Automotive Parts Support Ford Specialist
Location: CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte
Schedule: Flexible Hours 23 Days a Week PartTime
Capital Automotive is seeking an*experienced* Automotive Parts Support Specialistwith strong knowledge of Ford vehicles engine cores and warranty processing to join our team on aparttimebasis. This position offers aflexible scheduleand is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to stay engaged in the industry while enjoying greater worklife balance in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support parts managers and technicians by identifying locating and pulling the correct partsparticularly for Ford models.
- Apply knowledge of engine cores and warranty return procedures to ensure accurate handling and documentation.
- Assist with organizing stocking and maintaining inventory in the parts room and warehouse.
- Locate and order parts through catalogs and online systems.
- Verify receipts pack orders and assist with delivery processes as needed.
- Help maintain order cleanliness and efficiency in the parts department.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Ford vehicle experience required.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and engine core returns.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working a few hours a couple of days a week.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment background check.
