Amazon Flex crowdsources independent contractors called Delivery Partners (DPs) to coordinate deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems allowing partners to sign in grab an offer for a time check out a map of the location and more.
The Amazon Flex Driver Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager Station Experience to join us to help answer questions like: How do you improve the experience of drivers through product and program interventions What innovative products and strategies will help solve their pain points How to substantiate those painpoints through indepth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with program and tech teams across the world to define prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes and products.
Key job responsibilities
Defining a datadriven product vision developing business cases and requirements and prioritizing competing opportunities.
Partnering with other teams across Transportation to identify and influence development of new products and services
Understanding customer (internal and external) needs defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fastpaced environment.
Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations and working with business Public Relations Legal and tech teams to define and deliver solutions.
Anticipating bottlenecks providing escalation management anticipating and making tradeoffs and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
Collaborating with global stakeholders in other regions to define requirements that support international use cases.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
