Posting Summary
Provide daily horse care and lead daily chore routine. Train and supervise all people new to MHF . Prepare horses for daily training and exercising. Manage the completion of barn management tasks. Maintain a clean and orderly barn. Ensure the completion and organization of equine documentation including breeding nursery health and feed documents. Supports the PPD facilities repair person for routine equine facility maintenance. Assist the management and execution of valueadded tours and promotional events on and off farm including set up and breakdown of event activities. Maintain a positive teamoriented attitude and excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and care.; work independently and complete assigned tasks.
Desirable Qualifications
Ability to work every weekend and occasional evenings and holidays as needed. Previous experience working handson with horses.

This position is based at the Morgan Horse Farm in Weybridge Vermont.
