Job Description
- Assists in implementing research projects basic data analysis and generating reports
- Assists in creating the yearly Fact Book & Fact Sheet
- Prepares drafts of PowerPoint presentations
- Data gathering and compilation required for various external surveys
- Assists with crosschecking surveys and reports before submission
- Performing administrative tasks such as making photocopies taking meeting minutes and other administrative tasks
- Will be responsible for creating documentation as and when required
- Maintains the confidentiality of institutional data reports and other information. Confidentiality disclosure agreement required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and database software applications
- Excellent analytical skills critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates time management skills such as organizing workload and priority setting
