About the role
The Warehouse & Distribution Manager for Greece will be responsible for overseeing the efficient warehouse and logistics operations of 3PL ensuring that all processes are performed in a timely and costeffective manner and in line with Haleon Greece requirements and expectations. This role includes coordination between Haleon and 3PL process optimization costs efficiencies & stakeholders management.
Key responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career these responsibilities include some of the following:
Supervise endtoend logistics operations provided by 3PL ensuring on time and efficient execution in line with Haleon requirements and contractual
terms.Lead the relationship between Haleon and 3PL promoting a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with the customer service team to ensure flawless daily invoicing process and resolving of any inquiries and complaints.
Lead E2E repacking activity partnering closely with Commercial teams and repacking service providers.
Own country W&D budget monitoring Costs monthly & ensuring alignment with country P&L
Drive cost efficiency and harmonization initiatives in line with customer service level requirements and quality standards.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers evaluate their performance and maintain strong costeffective partnerships.
Participate in above country logistics projects for Supply chain optimization or Customer collaboration initiatives.
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) generate reports and analyze operational data to guide strategic decisions and
improvements.Provide daily handson support across warehousing shipping and customer service operations as needed.
Govern and drive monthly performance calls with 3PL and continuous improvement projects.
Manage various logistics operational activities (customs clearance stock reconciliation stock counts waste management/recycling daily logistics
flows quality complaints etc.)Lead internal and external audit preparation and execution.
Qualifications and skills Essential
Education:
University degree (Logistics Finance Business related fields)
Experience:
The role requires 35 years of Warehousing and Distribution/ Logistics related field managerial experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes and supporting systems.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Strong project management and process improvement skills
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is a must
