This role is to assist the Quality & Controls Manager in leading the analysis of data quality and insights to drive improvements ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and strategic decisionmaking across GCS.
A bit about the job:
Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends inconsistencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement a reporting suite of businessimportant metrics across GCS Operations
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that supports GCS and GCS Ops decisions
Taking personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy and driving opportunities for operational improvements
Acting on feedback from colleagues and sharing ideas with managers and peers
Skills and experience were looking for:
Proficient inExcel PowerPoint Power BI Power Apps
Knowledge of Qlik would be desirable but not essential
The ability to create visualisations (charts graphs dashboards) to communicate data insights clearly and concisely.
The ability to identify problems develop solutions and understand the analysis of complex information and its impacts
Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferable but again not essential

Starting salary of Circa 27000 depending on location skills experience and qualifications.
