A degree in Marketing or a related field
12 years of experience in a media agency or similar role
Experience with digital campaigns and an eye for KPIs
A natural feel for numbers data and performance insights
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different teams and stakeholders
Fluent in English German is a plus but not a must
A proactive openminded and collaborative mindset
Youre curious empathetic and enjoy helping others grow
