Job Description

What youll be doing:
- Conduct US and International billings
- Assist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks to clients
- Support CET and clients with AR inquiries
- Set up the Company as a vendor for new clients
- Support with revenue and accounts receivable analysis
- Lead timely invoice collection efforts
- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying allocating posting reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
- Anticipate ongoing requests to maintain effective systems and procedures and actively contribute to systems and process improvement
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
- Other duties as assigned
What we look for in you:
- Required: 3 years of accounting experience (Prior AR/revenue experience is a plus)
- Required: Knowledge of Salesforce
- Required: Microsoft Office ERP (NetSuite a plus) and business systems experience
- Required: Excel knowledge with demonstrated knowledge of pivot tables formulas shortcut
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in accounting
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Ability to work well and communicate with others
- Ability to work independently and be selfmotivated
- Strong interpersonal analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload according to volume urgency etc.
