Overview
Genesis of Southwest Houston is part of the fastgrowing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Internet Salesperson to our Sales team. This position answers inquiries from customers about vehicles through email text and phone calls with the goal of guiding a customer through the vehicle research and selection process and scheduling appointments for the sales team. We are well known for our rapid growth and focus on our employees. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone Internet or Text.
- Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
- Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
- Set appointments for our customers.
- Study learn and understand the vehicles and services we offer .
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies products and procedures.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.
Qualifications:
- Automotive BDC experience is required.
- Can handle high volume sales calls and emails
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred but not required.
