Who we are looking for:
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns in support of ASCO programs and services
Collaborate with program leads to define campaign objectives target audiences and KPIs translating strategic goals into actionable email marketing plans
Support organizational email needs such as newsletters transactional messages and data transfers
Design implement and optimize email processes and policies including the email calendar email preference center development timelines A/B testing and QA processes
Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines content and calls to action
Serve as business lead for ASCOs email tools including user management and training as well as managing email templates modules and style guide
Track and analyze campaign metric reports (e.g. open rates clickthrough rates lead conversion rates unsubscribe rates and pipeline) to develop datadriven insights and recommendations
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications Business Management or a related field or equivalent years of experience
6 years of experience in digital marketing specifically experience in developing and executing email campaigns
Professional experience with email marketing automation and project management tools (e.g. Taxi for Email Stensul Litmus Adobe Campaign Airtable Smartsheet)
Experience with A/B testing and optimization of campaigns processes and systems
Preferred Education and Experience
Experience with oncology marketing and/or association marketing
Extensive experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation tool
Digital Marketing experience with list of 50000 subscribers
HTML skills
