PIC North America a Genus Company has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team that continuous improvement by leveraging data tools and relationships. This role serves as the finance business partner and Financial Planning & Analyst lead for PICs Central and Geneedit business units collaborating with leadership to support various business initiatives.
The salary range for this position is from $75000 to $95000 per annum. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
The successful candidate can work in a culturally diverse fastpaced environment and can work collaboratively across functional teams. You are a strong communicator detail oriented analytical and a curious learner.
This is a hybrid role based in our office located in Hendersonville TN with the expectation of working in the office three (4) days a week
Serve as the Finance Business Partner and Financial Planning & Analyst lead for assigned departments.
Utilize financial tools and business understanding to support datadriven decision making across the business.
Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Support detailed operating analysis focused on PICs Central and Geneedit business units.
Assist with the preparation of business review presentations and analyses.
Support adhoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
Collaborate and work closely across all levels of PICs business stakeholders to assess and report financial performance.
Establish priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail and
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
University degree in Business Accounting or Economics
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an FP&A or corporate finance position including experience and demonstrated ability to analyze data solve problems and make recommendations to support leaders with making informed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Preferred Qualifications: (preferred)
Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with D365 and other financial software applications preferred
