The below is an example of possible content for consideration as appropriate to each departments needs in establishing a temporary pool advertisement. Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania invites applications for temporary faculty positions (fulltime one semester parttime one semester or parttime academic year) as needs arise in the Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences. With large laboratories and stateoftheart equipment all programs in the Physical and Environmental Sciences: Biochemistry Chemistry Engineering Geography Geology and Physics feature extensive experiments and opportunities to participate in research and practical projects. Please see our web page for more information will indicate their interest to teach in the following Physics or Engineering teaching categories: (Please pick at least one area) A) General Education lectures B) Introductory Physics (algebrabased) lectures and/or labs for STEM and related majors C) General Physics (calculusbased) lectures and/or labs for STEM and related majors D) Disciplinespecific (200level and above) Physics Lectures and/or Labs Digital or Analog Electronics Lectures and/or Labs. Other specialty areas may be selfidentified by the applicant. In addition please indicate the campus or campuses at which you are interested in teaching. Commonwealth University has campuses in Bloomsburg Lock Haven and Mansfield. The location for these temporary positions varies with the expectation of serving a multicampus University within the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
