The Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator. DDD provides individuals with developmental disabilities and their families services and supports that are flexible high quality and member driven. These services provide individuals with opportunities to exercise their rights and responsibilities of independent decisionmaking and engagement in the community.
This position reports to the State Operations Residential Services (SORS) Quality Assurance Team. This position is responsible for data entry into SORS Staffing Report Incident Reports (IR) creating documents related to policies and procedures and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly/yearly requirements developing tracking for various compliance requirements and presenting data on a regular basis to SORS leadership.
Applicants for this position cannot be licensed or certified by the DDD Office of Licensing Certification and Regulation cannot have a principal interest in or have a spouse or close family with principal interest in a DDD Qualified Vendor Agreement and cannot be employed or subcontracted by a DDD Qualified Vendor.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Monitors compliance of Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Requirements. Maintain develop implement and review tracking systems as they relate to the various compliance requirements (e.g. FPCC secondary employment the use of overtime manager/supervisor direct resident care and training completion/compliance for all SORS staff.) Data Entry Receive training docs and update spreadsheet. Maintain records in staff files.
Incident Report creation entry electronic files data entry on IR spreadsheet. Request missing information and documentation. Facilitate daily IR calls.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to create Google Forms/InServices related to policies and procedures. Draft and communicate new and revised Google Forms and InServices
Present data to State Operations Residential Services Leadership
Knowledge in:
Federal and State laws
Statutes and regulations governing residential programs for people with developmental disabilities
Policy and Procedure development

Use various computer software applications (Google Database systems etc.) and learn and use the mainframe system
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Experience utilizing various computer programs (e.g. Google Database systems etc.) preferred.
Employee shall have a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 412758.07 in order to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Candidates for this position shall be subject to a search of both the Department of Child Safety Central Registry pursuant to A.R.S. 8804 and the Adult Protective Services Registry pursuant to A.R.S. 46459.
Successfully pass background and reference check; employment is contingent upon completion of the abovementioned process and the Agencys ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions.
