Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Sr. Java Developer to lead a team responsible for designing developing and maintaining Javabased applications and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring highquality software delivery and innovation within our organization. The successful candidate will contribute to our business objectives by delivering scalable and efficient Java solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Software Requirements
- Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming including Core Java (Collections Multithreading Performance Optimization)
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and SQL
- Experience with JUnit 5 and Mockito for testing
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture Kubernetes Docker
- Basic UNIX commands
- Basic knowledge of Python/Shell Script
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain Javabased applications and systems ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
- Write efficient scalable and testable code using Core Java Collections and Multithreading.

- Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
