Were seeking an enthusiastic and driven Charge Nurse to deliver highquality individualised care as part of our dedicated clinical team. Youll play a key role in ensuring patient safety dignity and excellent outcomes while embodying The Ramsay Way People Caring for People.

What youll do

  • Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager
  • You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.

  • Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Prioritise patients health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload.
  • Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team.
  • Develop excellent working relationships.
  • Maintain excellent standards with infection control.

What youll bring with you

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
  • Leadership experience within a Hospital environment.
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Recent post qualification surgical experience
  • Experience of a team approach to care delivery
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment andindependently as required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated Computer Skills
