Job Description

We strive to continuously strengthen teaching practices in areas such as culturally responsive instruction active discourse socialemotional learning and differentiated teaching Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic fulltime Math Teacher (Grades 912).Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging unit plans and instructional strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners in high school math and uphold positive classroom routines and culture to foster an inclusive and supportive learning student understanding and progress and maintain accurate academic datadriven supports in the classroom to ensure curriculum alignment appropriate pacing and targeted interventions that meet student effectively with students families and with the Math Department to align instruction with curriculum standards and school technology and handson learning to enhance mathematical thinking and student :Bachelors degree in Mathematics Math Education or a related field (Masters preferred).Massachusetts teaching certification in Mathematics (Grades 812 or 512).Strong understanding of mathematical pedagogy instructional best practices and to Catholic education and the mission of Lowell Catholic.
