The Performance Unit is responsible for the oversight review and assessment of all performance reporting and data functions under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) specifically Titles I and III. The unit also oversees the states Eligible Training Provider List and leads initiatives related to credential attainment and workforce performance improvement.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and datasavvy Performance Analyst to support performance evaluation planning and credentialing efforts under WIOA. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance accuracy and effectiveness across all performance reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data analysis and policy interpretation and skilled in creating clear informative documentation and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data to assess trends outcomes and compliance with WIOA guidelines.
  • Generate detailed reports statistical summaries and memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development review and implementation of workforce performance policies.
  • Verify allocation calculations and assist in preparing allocationrelated documentation.
  • Create userfriendly training documents instruction guides and performance reference materials.
  • Assist in the development of presentations and may cohost or facilitate sessions at conferences and other venues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on credential attainment and requirements.
