About the role
Lead motivate and mentor a team of Interim Care Residential Workers in providing trauma informed care and support 3 children aged 1316 years living at our residential care home in Cranebrook.
You will support the children and young people in this service to develop independent living skills engage in education and remain positively connected to their team of Care Workers Families and broader community connections.
This full time position is offered on a maximum term contract through to August 2026.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check Working with Children Check & NSW Residential Care Workers Register Check

Life Without Barriers offers a dedicated AfterHours Service (AHS) for all NISS and Child Youth and Family programs. AHS ensures efficient responses to afterhours events that cannot wait until the next business day reducing on call requirements for our frontline leaders and significantly improving their worklife balance.
