KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale Partners
- Prepares samples and information for partner selection meetings
- Supports and assists Head of in partner selection meetings
- Collate all relevant product images including campaign imagery to partners
- Send product information to partners for seasonal buys including product spec cards
- Work with buying team to confirm orders
- Maintain and update all the master data sheets with partner orders
- Keep delivery information updated
- Send weekly updates through to partners
- Collate analyse & distribute weekly sales information internally
- Analyse seasonal sales data and prepare lessons learnt
- Send through relevant campaign imagery and samples for marketing campaigns
- Provide presenters with seasonal buy information packs
Marketplace
- Work with partners on the ideal product selection
- Provide all relevant product information to partners
- Enable product to go live on BlueJay system
- Maintain and update master data sheet for product range
- Analyse weekly sales information and make recommendations
General
- Deputises for the Head of New Business
- Willing to learn and demonstrates a real can do attitude
KNOWHOW
- Highlevel intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation
- Our ideal candidate will be eCommerce aware ideally coming from a role in buying merchandising wholesale or a highly analytical administrative role
