Job Description

Our client a fastgrowing European company specialized in customer experience outsourcing for digital brands is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutchspeaking) to join their team onsite in Valencia Spain.

They partner with fastpaced ecommerce and digital companies offering toptier support that reflects each brands tone values and user expectations. With a strong focus on culture and talent they are redefining customer service from a peoplefirst perspective.

You will join a dynamic international and remotefirst team that cares deeply about customer happiness.

About your functions and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English offering helpful and timely support via chat and email.

  • Deliver personalized service that matches each clients brand voice and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot issues escalate when needed and follow up on complex cases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve processes.

  • Help build a loyal customer base by offering a seamless and human customer experience.

What do you need to be successful

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in customer support ecommerce or digital services is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication empathy and problemsolving skills.

  • A proactive and flexible mindsetyou enjoy helping people and taking ownership.

  • Comfortable working fully remotely and using digital communication tools.
