The Inside Sales Representative Smart Building Solutionsis committed to driving our USA business sales and growth of our Smart Buildings Automation Controls Solutions to Residential Commercial MultiDwelling Units and Hotel vertical segment customers and influencers. In this role you will work to identify and qualify sales leads and engage with customer prospects representing our products and services remotely via digital communications like phone calls emails and video conferencing. This is very much a Hunter role that drives and supports the generation of qualified sales leads to our field sales representatives. Our target customers are building architects & engineers (A&E) engineering procurement and construction (A&Es) contractor consultant developer and endusers.

As an Inside Sales Representativeyou have these key responsibilities:

  • Selling Products/Services:Identifying customer needs offering solutions and support the Regional Sales Manager in closing sale deals.
  • Communication:Engaging with customers through phone email and other digital channels.
  • Prospecting:Researching and identifying potential customers.
  • Lead Management:Following up on leads and nurturing potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Database Management:Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of customer information and sales activities.
  • Sales Performance:Meeting or exceeding sales led generation quotas and targets.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Sales and Cold Calling:Experience with sales techniques cold calling and building rapport with potential clients is highly valuable.

  • Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation:Ability to effectively present the value of products/services and negotiate deals.

  • Organization and Time Management:Maintaining a wellorganized workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • GoalOriented:A strong desire to achieve sales lead targets and exceed quotas is a key characteristic.
  • SelfMotivated:Inside Sales Representatives often work independently and need to be selfmotivated to pursue sales goals.
  • Adaptability:The ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and handle rejection is important.
  • ProblemSolving:The ability to identify and solve customer problems is crucial for building strong relationships.
  • Computer Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

We would like you to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in an inside sales capacity
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Highly motivated with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate varying time zones and customer availability
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual basis without sponsorship
