Job Description
Contract Type: FullTime
Location: Cracow/Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement largescale multilingual sourcing plans to bring in potential candidates
- Actively seek out candidates through online job sites and social media platforms
- Build and sustain a pipeline of talent for priority positions and languagespecific roles
- Carry out indepth market analysis and research on competitors
- Monitor and present sourcingrelated metrics to measure performance
- Handle and coordinate internal employee referral processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing for Salesoriented roles
- Solid experience with different sourcing methods including Boolean search and social recruiting
- Nativelevel or fluent English both in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of Polish or another widely spoken European language is a plus
- Experience with Taleo or other similar applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Background in a global work setting especially within the BPO industry is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
